Putting Value back
into your property

Chianti Restorations only has one mission: to restore valuable old buildings and return them to their original splendor. We carry out our mission with techniques handed down from generation to generation, which we continually innovate thanks to our experience in the field.

Who we are

The Luxury Restoration Specialists

Chianti Restorations is the first company in Tuscany exclusively specialized in the luxury restoration sector.

Our team specializes in the restoration of villas, castles, farmhouses, and historic estates. We take care of everything related to the renovation of your luxury property, from the construction site to the delivery. We adhere to a unique method which preserves the connection between architecture and nature.

We respect the history of each location: we know the area and, therefore, know how to enhance every element of your property.

Where we work

Chianti Restorations is active across Italy

We were born in Tuscany, a land we love and cherish every day, where we restore prestigious properties to their former glory.

Today, we operate throughout Italy, bringing life and beauty back to villas and historic residences, always respecting the surrounding nature and landscape.

Our Method

The Chianti Restorations Method

Over the past 20 years, we have renovated over 79 properties, transforming them into luxury residences and accommodation facilities.

The Chianti Restorations Method is the result of this experience; the only restoration approach that focuses on the history of your property and the needs of its inhabitants.

We work on each property as if it were our own: we endeavour with passion, supporting the customer in every aspect of the renovation, from the construction site to the bureaucratic process.
